Marine Cluster Development Fund Scheme has established m/s Kokan Ports Ltd to provide retrofitting kits facility for boats, ferries, and other essential ships. Mumbai to Goa elevated corridor with the creation of 12 smart villages/districts of Kokan region creating employment for present & next generations. Chakole Industries Ltd has contributed its own land banks for these projects

m/s Sujlam Sufalam Ltd aims to collaborate with all FPO presently in the state of Maharashtra to supply 30% of the global food chain requirements by means of adoption of newer technologies & strengths that are essential for growth. We have started a seed bank, vertical farms, biotech labs, tissue culture units, fuel agronomy, acquaharvest, agroforestry, Mobile APC, advanced preservation systems delivery to avoid methane generation and many more projects that are self-sustainable. Chakole Industries Ltd had given royalty-free solutions prototype development in these projects to save the mission
